This article analyzes the process of formalizing paid annual leave for employees in joint-stock companies. Annual leave plays a crucial role in protecting employees' rights and ensuring their effective performance. However, in practice, various issues arise, including planning leave schedules, payment for the leave period, and documentation. The article examines international experience and national legislation, providing recommendations for improving this process.
